Okay I am about to shred my MCP on 2003 server. Or maybe there is something I am missing here. No laughing please.

Question: I just installed a 2008 R2 server. Added it to our domain. I am trying to set up shares on the network and my test user can read but not write to folder area, unless they are domain admin. I gave him full access via NTFS and Share permissions and get an error "You do not have permission to save in this directory. See the administrator to obtain permission".

Our users connect via Citrix, and I mapped a drive manually in DOS. Still, no cigar.

Hello, i've you try to see what are real permission on the folder, else try to delete all group and user on this folder and add just your user on it, not a group.

bye
