Hi all, before i jump to the problem i got with my windows server 2008 first let me explain my server environment. I am using Xen virtualazation and my Dom-0 is debian squeeze and i have created 3 Virtual machines they are VM1,VM2,VM3 and i have installed windows server 2008 R2 enterprise on my VM1 and it is my active directory controller (domain controller) and user machines are joined to the domain but when i shutdown and started the VM it keeps changing the time , what i meant is it keeps displaying the wrong time but it only changes the hour not the minute's and also this do not happen if i restart the computer. so please help me to resolve this problem because since it is my domain controller the users who join to the domain complain when there time does not display the correct time so again please help me.

thank you in regards
